Hello, I'm Jesse Abshier, and I'm thrilled to welcome you to my corner of the web. At 37 years young, I've dedicated over two decades to the health and fitness industry, diving deep into the world of competitive bodybuilding and powerlifting. More recently I have taken on Spartan races, and marathon running. My journey has been fueled by a passion for pushing boundaries and achieving peak physical performance.
As a devoted Christian, I strive to live my life in accordance with the teachings of Jesus, infusing my personal and professional endeavors with integrity, compassion, and purpose. My faith guides me as I work to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
Since starting a family, including a wonderful spouse and two amazing children, my focus has evolved. I’m now driven by a new passion for helping fellow parents enhance their fitness and overall well-being. My goal is to empower parents to achieve their health objectives, so they can be more present and engaged in their family lives, all while continuing to promote and celebrate the world of fitness.
